Service Manager Required – Kuwait

A Leading Automotive Company in Kuwait needs to fin the following position at the earliest:

SERVICE MANAGER 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
• Appropriate educational background.
• Minimum 7 years experience in similar position in Automotive Industry.
• Age 35 – 50 Years, Good communication in English Written & Spoken.
• Arabic Communication Ability would be a advantage.
• Strong Capability to professionally Guide & Motivate the entire Service Team.
• Previous experience in handling Japanese Brands.
• Experienced in establishing Work Process.
• Implement Technical Standards & System/Tools to assess the performance of Service Operations.
• Well versed with concepts of Fix-It-Right- First-Time & Improvement -Of-Retention- Ratio.
• Proactively plan for service business expansion.
• Customer oriented leader.
• Capable & confident of achieving business plan objectives in terms of Revenues & Profitability.
• Should have a valid Saudi driving license.
