Minimum Skills Required:
1. Academic Qualification(s):
* Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field.
2. Technical skills:
* Quick learner with high IQ Level.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with detail oriented approach.
* Familiarity with software testing types and quality assurance activities, and techniques.
* Knowledge of any process model, e.g., IS09001:2000 or CMMI preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with automated testing and defect tracking tools preferred (e.g. Wlnkunnel; Test Director;
Rational Robot, etc).
* Working knowledge of SQL‐Server or any other RDBMS and SQL language.
* Good understanding of SDLC and QA’s role and participation in all phases of SDLC.
* Understanding of software Bug Life Cycle will be a plus.
3. Management/Interpersonal Skills:

* Ability to convince and communicate with objectivity.
* Strong verbal and written communication in English language.
* Healthy team spirit and ability to work under strict deadlines.
4. Experience:
* SQA Engineer: 0‐1 year:
5. Job Specifications:
* Participate in all SDLC phases and accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Participate in Application testing and Release Verification (testing, defect reporting and post‐fix bugs
verification).
* Participate in Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Script development, maintenance and execution.
* Develop domain knowledge documents, internal training material etc.
