Job Description:
— Organize operations as per approved plans
— Support club and customer care teams in the acquisition of new accounts
— Develop documentation for procedures
— Conduct analysis on various marketing and channel activities
— Provide authorization support for various marketing and channel activities
— Support cross functional teams in alignment of objectives

Essential Skills:
— Should possess strong communication and analytical skills
— Should have an intensive service delivery approach
— Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially in MS Excel and Visio
— Should be capable of working individually as well as part of a team
— Should possess knowledge of pricing

Desirable Skills:
— Should have knowledge of profitability analysis and business modeling
— Should possess an understanding of the telecom market, new technologies and handsets
