Sr. Business Analyst Required at IBEX Global for an International Program 

Requirements: *Ability to multi-task *Self-starter *Should have worked in a managerial role *Have great organizational skills and attention to detail *Excellent written and verbal skills *Strong computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Word *Technical interest/aptitude is required. Excellent Excel skills such as knowledge of pivot charts, formulas and macros. Good knowledge of Access and SQL. *Ability to take direction and follow through *Willingness to learn and increasing level of responsibility *Team player *Sales force experience would be a plus Duties: *Administrative support *Analytical and reporting support *Opportunity to take on additional ad-hoc projects and reports • This will use Salesforce Reports, Phone Reports and already created SQL queries *Produce dashboards using Excel, light SQL from a variety of data sources and Access. *Assist with reconciliation of cancellation and purchase forms *Critical position to ensure the process between our retailers and customers that their warranties are up-to-date *Assist with the payout process *Produce sales, cancellation and claims reports for our retailers and insurer Interested Candidates may email their resume
