· Develop and implement marketing plans with the field teams and Marketing department and suggesting strategies for enhanced effectiveness/impact.
· Represent the NGO at all relevant forums/events and make presentations where required.
· Develop linkages with all stakeholders including the government (at all levels) donors, CSOs, partners and local/corporate philanthropists.
· Responsible for smooth operations through developing a close working relationship with all of NGO functions.
· Conceptualize and develop strategic brand equity, and annual sales and marketing plans for the products;
· Follow through implementation of the plans to ensure attainment of business objectives;
· Work with sales management team to ensure realization of sales, distribution and objectives of organization;
· Develop budgets, financial projections as per plans;
· Identify the categories to generate a bank of customer and customer insight for branding activities;
· Develop and manage distribution plan to ensure alignment with strategy;
· Initiate, manage & roll out key projects within project or as advised by management;
· Chart plans on how to ensure that our products are ahead of the competition;
· With the sales team, come up with exciting and compelling sales promotions and activations that help in entrenching our brands and drive business objectives;
· Work with the manufacture to ensure timely implementation of the production/cGMP practices along with warehouse management;
· Manage demand forecast for the products;
· Facilitate a working environment that fosters teamwork; train and meeting the targets;
· Ensure strategic, efficient and effective management of brands;
· Enough knowledge on product launches and re-launches
· Planning, arranging and monitoring the visits and training of team in coordination with the SMO & Director Operations.
· Ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual reports are accurately and timely prepared for internal dissemination and submission to donors, regional offices in accordance with given guidelines and requirements.
· Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for annual activities, mid-term reviews and end of the project reviews by donors and their representatives.
· Approve recommendations for promotions, separation etc. for team members in keeping with organization’s policies and guidelines and with coordination of SMO, OD and HR department.
· Ensure contraceptive supplies and related requirements are promptly fulfilled
· Monitoring the project activities through internal audits, clinic-scans and personally visiting the sites.
· Facilitating the internal and external auditors and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
· Developing Risk Management Plans and their due understanding and implementation amongst the teams
· Achieve Progress indicators as detailed in the project and those mutually developed in coordination with SMO & OD and teams.
