SUPERVISORS – UAE. Responsibilities: Support the management team in the daily operations of the store and managing the sales team, manage store operations and store team in the absence of store manager / assistant manager, actively work alongside the store manger to implement strategies to maximize sales, reduce stock loss and maximize merchandising opportunities.
Skills & experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, communication skills, managerial skills and planning and organization skills are a must as well as a sound understanding of the fashion and retail industry.
