Support Engineer for Level/Tier 2 Support
Softech Worldwide Karachi, is looking for Support Engineer for Level/Tier 2 Support for its Web Application Product. Candidate must have sound knowledge of core IT Infrastructure including Windows Server, SQL Server, Web Servers etc. Must have basic networking concepts. Past experience in Web Application development or Sharepoint Customization & Installation or Dynamics CRM are preferred. Candidate must have good spoken and written english.
This position will involve
– Providing Level/Tier 2 support of Softech Products to its customers mainly in US
– Correspond with customers and provide them necessary guidance and help
– Perform installations or help customer’s IT staff do it
– Liason with Product Development team for any Level/Tier 3 issues
– Softech product is developed around cutting edge latest technologies, and will require candidate to be a fast learner
Work shift will start between 4 PM or 6 PM and end at 1 AM or 3 AM in night.
