Our Client, a US based IT Company, is urgently looking for System Support Engineer at Karachi office.
 
Qualification              : Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or relevant qualification
Experience                  : 03+ years
Salary Package           : Excellent Salary package.
Job Location              : Karachi
 
Job Responsibilities:
·         Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.
·         Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.
·         Troubleshoot issues related to client server connectivity
·         Managing users in domains
 
 
Skills Required:
The candidate should have more skill sets on Server side with hands on experience on:
·         Desktop & Server Support via remote desktop.
·         Windows server 2003/2008
·         Microsoft Exchange 2003/2008
·         Active Directory
·         Domain Controllers
·         Backup
·         Candidate having MCSE or MCTS(Microsoft Server) is a plus.
·         Candidate must posses good communication skills with fluency of English.
