PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·         MBA degree (Prefer MBA with major in HR) with 6-8 years relevant work experience preferably in the Manufacturing Sector.
·         Influencing and communication skills that will ensure success and credibility at all levels in the organization.
·         Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to find effective solutions.
·         Strong organizational, leadership, program management, and follow through skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Executing recruitment requisitions as per directions from the Head of HR.
·         Facilitating Head of HR in developing HR policies and procedures.
·         Leading the HR Planning Process.
·         Organizational Development Planning and execution.
·         Preparing HR budgets and keeping controls to remain within the budgets.
·         HR Auditing and Benchmarking and analysis of data collected.
·         Recruitment planning.
·         Training & development activities.
·         Development and execution of performance management system.
·         Coordinating with the Plants’ HR managers to conduct annual performance appraisal.
·         Other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the head of HR
