TAMEER Bank is looking for “Product Manager”
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: Relevant Qualification from HEC recognized university Experience required Minimum 7- 8years.
Skill set: People Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong writing Skills, Self-motivated, Business Acumen.
Define product strategy & roadmap & Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Document and report on product profitability and operational product metrics.
Tracking monthly sales performance and recommending push and pull strategies.
Conduct market research to understand and specify business requirements for target market segments.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
Analyze Win/Loss analysis to identify differentiators, and set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
In partnership with Product Marketing, set the strategic direction for Communication and lead content development for sales collateral for new product introductions, key promotional programs, and key segment materials.
Prepare communication strategies (ATL & BTL) with agency and communication Team.Build a defined, repeatable, measurable sales process for product lines.
