* The candidate will be responsible for providing quality sales and emails on the basis of provided guidelines. * Ensure excellent support is provided to customer and at the same time their minimal sales targets are also achieved. 

* Ability to recognize valued customers, identify their needs and requirements and providing the proper structured solution. 

* Must be support oriented and must have the ability to deal with difficult situations along with ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. 

* Achieving sales targets, proper support planning and very strong negotiation skills. 

SPECIFICATIONS: Education: Intermediate/ A Level, Graduation would be preferred
