Are you better in comparison to the other persons applying for the job? This is the query that you are supposed to answer with your job interview. Most persons don’t have an answer to this query – in fact, most persons try their best to sound like everyone else, telling the employer that they will be a great worker, that they will work hard, that they will listen to directions, and more.

Interviewers need to know what makes you special. They need to feel like you are the best person for the role. Few of their queries may, quite literally, be about finding about why you are special, particularly as it relates to creative thinking.

These kinds of queries are often very difficult to answer. But they are also great queries for setting yourself apart from other candidates. There is no trick here – your aim is to give the hiring manager an instance of a time that you solved an issue in a creative way. Although, make certain that you are coming up with an answer to this query that is really answering it. The answer should:
