The irony is off course that in order to acquire experience you have to locate a job, and since many jobs need experience, that ends up being a challenge. So what do you do? Bend the experience:
Always keep in mind that you should never write a lie on a resume. But that does not mean you cannot bend the reality. Consider back to your experiences and see if there is anything that might be appropriate for the post.

Develop experience:
You are either locating a new job or you are unemployed. That means you have some time period on your hands. Consider about what you can do to make you resume look good. Analyze if you can freelance or donate the hours to an industry that gives the things you require experience in. You can also develop a portfolio for the posts that need work samples, or try to locate other ways to utilize your free time and become the “experienced” worker they are finding for.

Network:
Interviewers are eager to overlook a deficiency of experience. They simply have to meet you first. The issue is that it is hard to get an in-person interview if you do not have experience. But if you visit the networking events or try to effectively communicate people in position power, those people will know you, and may not need as much experience from you if a great job opens.
The chance/opportunity is out there:
One of the main reasons that interviewers look at experience is because there are some other ways to indicate them that you have the qualities essential to do the job. But you can yet locate other ways to either make it visible you have had the experience or get the interviewer to overlook what you are missing. Do not give up on any work because experience is essential either. You will always have an opportunity as long as you apply. And once you do get an interview call then make certain you just prepare all the potential answers to all the common interview queries.
