Sr. Software Engineer                                                                                       (1 Position)

Job Tasks:
Responsible for ongoing development, providing support to our web portals and should be detail oriented and enjoy thriving in a fast paced atmosphere. He/she should have experience in the complete development lifecycle and will participate in solution design, and concept visualization.
·         Plan, design, develop, debug, implement and support web-based applications and services.
·         Modify existing software to: correct errors, allow it to function in new operating environments, or improve performance.
·         Suggest & implement best practices and techniques
·         Adheres to and recommends improvements to project coding standards.
·         Ability to work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control.

Skills Required:
·         At least 10+ years of working experience
·         Strong object oriented design skills
·         Strong oral and written communications skills
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·         Professional demeanor, ability to take instructions
·         Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
·         Ability to communicate effectively with team members
·         Initiative to work independently, but also ability to accept and follow instructions
·         Proficiency in integrated development environments.
