Position / Title: Web Master

Shift Timings: 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
|
Position Responsibilities:
– Communicating with management to discuss/define the project scope and timeline
– Research and brainstorming to match the international standards of UI designs
– Managing team of designers and developers to get the projects completed
– Generating creative ideas to keep the web design and content fresh
– QA of the work done by the designers and developers
– Creating timelines and tracking progress of multiple projects and making sure they are on time and on budget.
Technical Skill set:
– Web development experience using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and PHP/MySQL.
– Knowledge of Adobe CS 5 products
Behavioral Traits:
– Eager to learn new technology tools/platforms
– Must have can-do- attitude
– Strong communication and organization skills
– Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Educational Background:
– Computer Science graduate.
Experience Requirement:
– 1-2 years relevant experience is MUST
– Experience with website design and development process
– Database design and implementation experience is a plus
