No 2 people are alike. When you walk into the workplace for the 1st time, you are going to be enclosed by the persons with all different kinds of personalities. Some of them are going to be brilliant people. Others are going to be dull and boring. Still others are going to be nothing short of infuriating. You are going to hate some people, and hardly tolerate others. So the interviewers are going to inquire “what kind of people do you find it complicated to get along with? With the hopes that you will feel so strongly about this reply that you will start complaining about the kind of persons you disagree with.
Good answer:
“On a personal level, I amuse all kind of people. I have respect for all people that work really hard and maintain a professional atmosphere. Given both of those are met, I will always get along with my colleagues without any personal conflict.”
You are still responding this query. Yet instead of complaining, you are basically talking about all of the persons that you enjoy working with, and implying the individuals that you suggest not to work with. This makes you feel positive, as someone that admires the great majority of people. This is much good way to respond this kind of complicated query.
