You must have heard about such owners who are bloodsuckers of their employees. Who give very tough time to their employees, while they don’t care about them at all? Recently, a business owner of Turkey marked a new example in the history.

Treet Daily News published an article, in which he mentioned that a businessman Nevzat Aydin an owner of famous Technology Company ‘Yemekspeti’ recently sold his company for £378 Million to a German Company. From that money Aydin announced to distribute an amount of £17 Million within his 114 employees. By this each employee will get an average of £152,000.

This noble Businessman said while talking to media, “Today, if I am successful, it is a success of all of us. It was a great pleasure to me. I wished I could be able to provide more than that.”

As per Turkish Media, it has been done first time in the country, that any businessman has given such a huge bonus to his employees. Aydin’s employees turned to be very happy and were unable to control their expressions. Some of them had tears in their eyes for losing such boss.
