Description
HR Manager Required Qualification: A university degree holding a professional qualification in a HR discipline. Management Qualifications and International Affiliations would be a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, 5 years of which in a strategic functional management role, preferably in aviation, Logistics or FMCG. Salary : 200K Plus Other permanent and company benefits. Role and Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and development of the organization’s HR strategy. Protect the interests of the employees and the company in accordance with the company Human Resources Policies and the governmental laws and regulations. Development of comprehensive Recruitment Program based on Psychometrics and advanced HR Strategies. Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaign. Development of HR Analytics Program & Employee Engagement Surveys. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function. Run data on cyclical increments and all other documentation related to this task.
