Description
IBEX Global is looking for IT Field Support Engineers with at least 6 months - 2 years’ experience in providing level 1& 2 IT support remotely and on customer sites. An ideal candidate must be proficient in troubleshooting on Windows platform, diagnose errors or technical problems and must be able to determine proper solutions with minimum production downtime.
