Description
Our client is one of the Top Ten pharmaceutical manufacturing & and marketing firms, based in Karachi. They are looking for a "Director of Engineering".
QUALIFICATION
BE Mechanical/Electrical or any other relevant Engineering qualification
MBA from a university of top repute
EXPERIENCE
20+ years overall experience.
10+ Years of experience in Senior Managerial role.
PRIMARY ROLE
- Lead Plant Maintenance, Utilities and Project team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations as per cGMP standards
- Meet project KPIs to enhance overall plant productivity and efficiency.
- Assess the need for Investment at all plant locations.
Work closely with all departments at the factory to develop Long Range Capital plans for all company plants and new projects.
