Looking for AM Production for our client based in Muridkay, Lahore.
Job responsibilities:
Executing production plan
Scheduling and carrying out maintenance work.
Maintaining yield, efficiency, overtime, and cost KPIs by the plan.
Ensuring that there is enough material at the plant to ensure efficient operation.
Managing the production team's availability according to the production plan.
Creating an action plan based on observation and execution of internal and external audits.
Assign immediate supervision to a new project.
Upholding strict GMP and hygiene standards at the factory.
External communication with vendors, government and regulatory agencies, and other organizations by needs.
Maintain and control process parameters and manage plant shift operations timely troubleshooting of production and safety critical process / equipment of production facilities, off-sites and loading operations to assure the production targets are achieved.
Coordinate with maintenance and support sections / departments to assure uninterrupted operations, contractual specification hydrocarbon production and availability of equipment for necessary preventive or predictive maintenance.
Maintain data log of field parameters, HMI, DCS trends and lab reports and prepare daily report.
Maintain outstanding maintenance job list, coordinate planning department to track subsequent progress and implement swift action against high priority tasks to meet plant KPIs.
Prepare record of plant running hours and ensure equipment
Education: BE- Mechanical / Electrical
