Denim-e Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Compliance Executive.

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Denim / Garments / Textile Manufacturing
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social compliance activities and factory inspections.
Handle buyer and third-party social compliance audits.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and audit records.
Prepare and follow up on CAPA for audit findings.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct and company policies.
Monitor working hours, overtime, wages, attendance and worker welfare requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production and EHS teams for compliance matters.

Required Skills
3–4 years hands-on experience in Denim/Garments/Textile industry is mandatory.
Practical experience with SMETA/SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, HIGG/FSLM or similar standards.
Good knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws and social compliance requirements.
Experience dealing with international buyers/auditors will be preferred.
Strong documentation, Excel, communication and follow-up skills.
