Description:

1) Timely execution of Corrective Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance (Electrical) on shift basis with the alignment of production department and ensuring smooth operations and maximum production efficiency for all production machines.

2) Identify grey areas in all production areas for machine / man / method by applying kaizen methodology for optimizing plant efficiency using OEE.

3) Installation and commissioning of new projects based on AOP to enhance production capacity.

4) Ensure sustenance and upkeep of installed SCADA – OEE system.

5) Should be apt in Sketchup & CAD updating the plant layouts as per actual. Will also be responsible for spare ROL.

6) Perform regular ISO checks and HACCP compliances.

7) Deliver cross-functional training & development to the team.

8.) Will rotate in day and night shifts as needed.

Qualification Required: DAE Electrical / B.Tech Electrical

Experience: 03-05 Years of Experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical
