Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative process for visual and written content across digital platforms
Manage content calendars aligned with campaign goals and timelines
Ensure brand consistency in all copy and visuals
Provide briefs and feedback to content creators
Review and approve content for accuracy and quality
Collaborate with performance teams to optimize content based on analytics

Requirements

3+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or marketing
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress
Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual communication
Experienced in managing content calendars and leading creative teams
Knowledge of performance-driven content (Meta Ads, A/B testing)
Familiar with key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
