  • Experience : 23 years (OMC, BPO, or restaurant industry background preferred)

Job Role Includes:

  • Monitor and manage CCTV services for COCO and dealer-operated stations to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Handle daily calls from customers and internal teams, logging and tracking complaints.
  • Follow up on all complaints via email and maintain daily communication updates.
  • Prepare and share daily internal and external reports.
  • Manage food-related orders received via phone and ensure timely coordination.
