Customer Service Representative - Karachi

- Qualification: Bachelor’s / B. Com
- Experience : 2–3 years (OMC, BPO, or restaurant industry background preferred)
Job Role Includes:
- Monitor and manage CCTV services for COCO and dealer-operated stations to ensure SOP compliance.
- Handle daily calls from customers and internal teams, logging and tracking complaints.
- Follow up on all complaints via email and maintain daily communication updates.
- Prepare and share daily internal and external reports.
- Manage food-related orders received via phone and ensure timely coordination.
