Location: Gujranwala & Sialkot
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical/IT support.
- Willingness to travel within Gujranwala and Sialkot.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Job Description:
- Own and manage all technical support tasks for Gujranwala and Sialkot.
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with central tech and operations teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick turnaround on reported issues.
- Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Train and assist local users on system usage and best practices.
