Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily bakery production operations
* Lead production and technical teams
* Ensure compliance with food safety & regulatory standards
* Coordinate with R&D for new product development
* Align production plans with supply chain requirements
* Prepare production performance reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering
