WE ARE HIRING - SR. SUPERVISOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

LOCATION: SHEIKHUPURA 1 Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, honest and dedicated personnel to join our team as "Sr. Supervisor Quality Assurance" at our processing plant at Sheikhupura. The
ideal candidate shall possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on supervisory capability and a proactive approach toward quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

EDUCATION: DAE (Food Sciences)
EXPERIENCE: 03 Years (preferably in relevant industry).

JOB ESSENTIALS:
. To monitor the online processing of products.
. To assure the GMPs are followed in processing area.
. To monitor CCP and take corrective actions in case of violations.
. Responsible for microbiological & chemical sampling of products.
. Responsible for microbiological swabbing of machines and workers.
. Monitor and enforce personal hygiene practices of processing staff in accordance with company policy.
. Inspect cleanliness and sanitation status of processing areas and equipment; prepare and submit daily reports.
. Prepare and submit daily QA summary reports for the processing area.
. To maintain monitoring records related to processing area.
