Education & Skills:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
. Coordinate Field Force lifecycle events, including onboarding, resignations, confirmations, daily allowance management, and manual expense processing.
. Ensure timely sharing of MSD reports with the Field Force while maintaining accuracy and proper documentation.
. Liaise with HR, MSD, and Finance to submit personnel documentation and ensure administrative compliance.
. Resolve daily Field Force queries promptly to maintain smooth operational communication.
