We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Corporate Office, Bahadurabad, Karachi

Qualifications
. 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
. Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree

Knowledge and skills
. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
. Capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
. To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
. Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across all functions.
. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
. Screen job applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
. Ensure timely communication and feedback to all stakeholders.
. Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
. Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
