Hilal Foods is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional to join our International Business team and play a key role in expanding our footprint across global markets.

Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:
. Drive business growth through new market development, distributor expansion, and customer acquisition
. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across assigned international regions
. Manage and grow existing distributor relationships while driving sales and profitability
. Participate in international trade shows and conduct market visits to strengthen market presence
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and timely order fulfillment
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities

Qualification & Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred)
. 6-8 years of experience in International Business, Export Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
. Proven track record of managing distributors and driving growth across GCC and MENA markets
. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
. Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage industry will be preferred
