WE'RE HIRING - PSYCHOLOGIST (Part Timer)

Location: North Campus (On Site)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and qualified Part-Time Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling services, and mental health support to individuals while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality. A Clinical Psychologist identifies and diagnoses psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues in clients, and develops and implements treatment plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Coordinate patient care with primary consultant and families via written and verbal communication.
. Ensure that each patient's rights are protected and that they are provided with appropriate interventions based on ability to participate, cultural concerns, and diagnostic impression.
. Provides advice, consultation and training to staff working with the patient, where appropriate
. Communicates and records highly complex, sensitive or contentious information in a highly skilled and sensitive manner, in the course of psychological therapy
. Plans, monitors and evaluates own work, using clinical outcomes assessments, small scale research methodology and statistical procedures.
. Enhances own knowledge of clinical psychology, specific patient groups and types of psychological difficulty through reading, literature searches and personal study.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical psychology, developmental psychology, principles and application of psychotherapeutic methods including but not limited to applied behavior analysis and therapy.
. Effective verbal and written communication skills customized according to the needs of clients with a range of emotional difficulties, or who have difficulty in communicating or understanding.
. Flexibility in planning and implementation and ability to adjust according to needs of patients and organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Academic Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in psychology.
. Professional Qualification : Certification Courses in related field.
. Work Experience : 2- 4 Years in relevant field
