Description

We are hiring - Assistant Manager - Costing & Budgeting
The Incumbent is responsible for:
. Lead product costing, production order costing, and variance analysis to monitor material consumption, manufacturing efficiency, yields, and inventory valuation.
. Manage SAP CO and Material Ledger (ML) activities, including period opening/closing, month-end processing, inventory valuation, and price variance analysis.
. Monitor factory overheads and operating expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocation, cost control, and financial discipline across operations, Prepare and analyze management reports covering plant-wise expenses, segment profitability, inventory performance, and key financial indicators for informed decision-making, Conduct detailed financial, costing, and performance variance analyses, presenting insights to senior management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee on quarterly, half-yearly, and annual bases.
. Review General Ledger accounts and financial reports to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen financial controls, Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process by coordinating with departmental stakeholders, developing budget models, and preparing comprehensive business plans.
. Develop Budget vs. Actual analyses, variance reports, and executive presentations for management, Board, and Audit Committee reviews.
. Design and implement budgeting templates, financial models, and reporting frameworks to improve planning accuracy, standardization, and operational efficiency, Support internal and external audits by providing detailed costing, budgeting, and financial analysis documentation, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Education: Part-qualified Chartered ACCA or CMA.
Experience: 4-6 Years of relevant experience.
