The Role
. Lead the Programs, Partnerships & Donor Experience function, with a team reporting into the role
. Oversee grant disbursement and monitoring with rigor, structure, and transparency
. Manage charity onboarding, due diligence, and periodic assessments/renewals
. Drive partner communication and engagement, ensuring clarity and alignment
. Curate proposals and impact reports for major donors
. Support senior leadership in donor engagement planning and execution
. Ensure high-quality donor servicing through structured reporting and communication
· Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence across workflows

The Profile
· 7-12 years' experience in the social/development sector
. Transitioning from execution to leadership roles
. Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
. Strong stakeholder management skills
. Process-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative
. Grounded, practical, and committed to social impact
