We're Hiring - Assistant Manager Maintenance

What You'll Own
. Oversee maintenance operations for refrigeration, HVAC, and other critical equipment
. Ensure smooth functioning of cooling systems across stores and facilities
. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
. Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance support
. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
. Drive cost-effective maintenance planning and execution
. Maintain maintenance logbocks, service records, and performance reports for all refrigeration, HVAC, and critical equipment.

What We're Looking For
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university
. Strong hands-on experience in Refrigeration & HVAC systems
. 2 to 3 years proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale facilities
. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
. Good vendor management and coordination skills
. Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
