We're Hiring - HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage recruitment and onboarding while maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in coordination with department heads to ensure smooth workforce management and manpower planning.
· Support performance management, training and development initiatives and prepare accurate HR reports while maintaining updated HR databases.

Education & Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
. Experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Skills:
. Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
· Excellent organizational and documentation skills
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office,(Excel, Word)and ERP.
