Position: CX Consultant (Customer Service)
Industry: Industry: Multinational Shipping and Logistics Sector
Location: Clifton Karachi
No of Positions: 01
Contract Based: 6 Months
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 80k to 100k

Job Responsibilities:

Candidates should ideally have industry experience in Aid & Relief contracts, with a strong understanding of tender participation, bidding, and submission processes.
Prior experience working with NGOs, relief organizations, or on aid/relief projects will be preferred.
Should have hands-on experience in tender management, including identifying opportunities, preparing bids/proposals, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely submissions.

Required Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience shipping industry (preferably)

Education: (Graduation Required).
