Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Karachi
Salary: Rs50,000 - Rs70,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Post jobs on platforms like Indeed and social media
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience hiring for both technical & non-technical roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
