Hiring for Alumni & Admissions Engagement Officer for Karachi American School

Karachi American School (KAS) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Alumni & Admissions Engagement Officer to strengthen our alumni community and support admissions engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with KAS alumni locally and internationally.
Maintain an active and up-to-date alumni database and communication network.
Develop an Alumni Referral Program to connect prospective families with KAS.
Organize alumni events, school visits, networking opportunities, and engagement activities.
Engage alumni as KAS ambassadors within their professional, social, and family networks.
Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Communications to generate and follow up on prospective admission leads.
Track alumni referrals, admission inquiries, applications, and enrollment conversions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preference will be given to KAS alumni.
2–4 years of experience in relationship management, admissions, business development, marketing, community engagement, or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and follow-up skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and engage diverse communities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/CRM management.
