They're hiring - SEO Team Coordinator

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-site)
Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 (Based on Experience)

O16 Labs is looking for an experienced SEO Team Coordinator to lead our SEO team while managing multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2–3 SEO projects independently.
Handle complete On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Create and execute effective SEO strategies.
Coordinate and guide the SEO team on daily tasks.
Review the team's daily work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Before assigning any project to a team member, perform a complete SEO audit and optimize the website's On-Page and Technical SEO, while preparing a clear Off-Page strategy.
Work closely with developers and content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Basic understanding of HTML & CSS according to SEO requirements is required.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Experience with SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy.
Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge is a must.
