Hiring a Management Trainee Officer MTO - Finance
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations·
Contribute to maintaining accounting records and updating financial data in ERP/system·
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents as required·
Contribute to monthly closing activities by providing required data and reports·
Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor coordination under supervision·
Maintain cash records and daily expense tracking·
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records·
Perform reconciliation of accounts under supervision·
Support tax-related documentation as guided by seniors·
Coordinate with internal departments for routine financial and accounting matters·
Follow company policies, procedures, and internal controls in all accounting activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field·
At least 06 Months of experience in accounts/finance ·
Understanding of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel ·
Familiarity with accounting software ·
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn·
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle routine tasks and follow instructions accurately.
