Location: Karachi, Pakistan

TPS Worldwide is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (5–7+ years experience) with deep domain knowledge in Banking amp; Digital Financial Services (Cards, ATMs, POS amp; Merchants, Payment Schemes).

Key Responsibilities:
Module Ownership: Act as business module owner across full system lifecycles and release approvals.
Agile Requirements: Lead SCRUM ceremonies/workshops; translate epics into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Documentation amp; Tech Specs: Create technical, customer, and internal docs using Visio, MS Office, and YAML configuration files.
Stakeholder Management: Partner across Dev, QA, UX, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to drive solution delivery.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Experience: 5–7 years in Digital Financial Services / Banking Payments.
Skills amp; Tools: Visio, PowerPoint, process mapping, YAML, Agile/SCRUM, and strong analytical/communication skills.
