Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "Officer – HR Operations" to support our HR team at the branch level. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering excellent employee service.

Location: Lahore.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
* Monitor attendance, leave records, and manage time-off processes.
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and adjustments.
* Maintain up-to-date and compliant personnel files in line with labor laws.
* Assist with statutory compliance (e.g., P.F, PESSI) and HR audits.
* Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
* Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
* Manage employee exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct across functions.
