We’re looking for a Strategy Officer to join our leadership and strategy team in Karachi.

This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and wants to work at the intersection of strategy, leadership development, and systems-building. The strategy officer will be working directly with the Founder & CEO (Noorulain Masood); stabilizing underperforming areas, designing leadership agendas, building lightweight systems that keep us aligned, and ensuring follow-through across high-stakes projects.

You’ll move across a wide spectrum of work:

• Strategic problem-solving
• Drafting materials for donors and partners
• Supporting leadership programs
• Coordinating calendars, follow-ups, and project flows
• Creating clarity and coherence across fast-moving workstreams

Please note: this is a full-time, in-office role based in Karachi.

We’re looking for someone who is emotionally mature, deeply responsible, and able to work with care and integrity under pressure. Someone who enjoys learning, can toggle between big-picture strategy and precise operational tasks, and brings calm structure to dynamic environments.

We especially welcome applicants with a feminist or mission-driven orientation, strong writing skills, and curiosity about leadership, gender justice, and global social change. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience especially those who have supported senior leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
