EfroTech is looking for Hardware Support Executive
Job Description:
- Survey the client to check and get the requirement of Access Control / Door lock / Device Installation.
- Install the device and configure it with the application and provide Training to the client.
- Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors and suggesting suitable repairs or modifications.
- Coordinate with vendors for device maintenance and repair.
- Visit client to check for issue resolve issues related to Hardware items.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder in IT.
- Should know about devices, troubleshooting and access control.
- Candidate must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose problems.
