Hiring: Senior Manager - Transport | PBL Head Office
We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a Master's in Transport Management and 8-10 years in the automobile/transport industry to lead our Group-wide fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transport & fleet operations
- Ensure efficient maintenance and cost control
- Track diesel usage, fuel efficiency, and KPIs
- Develop/upgrade workshops and service capability
- Oversee after-sales, dealer coordination, and warranties
- Implement SOPs and safety best practices
- Prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews
- Lead and train technical and workshop teams
