WE'RE HIRING - Senior Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic and investment decisions
- Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, variance analyses and KPI tracking to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems, including collaboration with ERP teams and mentoring junior analysis.
Requirements:
- Required accountancy certifications: CA, ACCA.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
