Production Engineer - P1
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Plan, execute, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet business and market demand.
. Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and plant capacity; conduct gap analysis and drive improvement actions.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, adjust plans as needed, propose capacity enhancement initiatives, and ensure 6S & safety compliance.
