They’re looking for a confident, responsible, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Cubix.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day accounting activities, stay organized, and take ownership of financial and administrative responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Handling:
Maintain and update financial records and documentation
Manage petty cash and day-to-day expenses
Handle invoices, bills, receipts, and expense records
Assist with account reconciliation and expense tracking
Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding financial matters
Support routine accounting and administrative activities
Work closely with senior leadership and ensure assigned tasks are handled efficiently

What They’re Looking For:
Confident and proactive personality
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with petty cash and expense management
Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Previous experience in Accounts, Finance, or a similar role is preferred

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
